Maria Ella was born in 1857. Her parents were David Blenkhorn and Esther Hazel. She was the youngest of 10 children. Her father died in 1860.
On 20 Feb 1873 in Woodworth Mountain, Kings Co., Nova Scotia, Maria Ella Blenkhorn, spinster, 18 married Noble Wentworth Corkum, bachelor, 24. The record shows that his parents were Joseph and Dorothy Corkum and her parents were David and Esther Blenkhorn. [4]
On 24 Aug 1906 in Canning, Kings Co., Nova Scotia, Maria Ella Corkum, widow, 52 married Manson Theodore Huntley, widower, 46. The record shows that his parents were William and Priscilla and her parents were David Corkum [sic] and Esther. [5]
