Robert was the son of William Boggs and Jane Stein. [1]
Robert married Elizabeth Brown between 1759 and 1769, in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
In 1790, Robert was living in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania [2].
Robert died on August 17, 1819.
