George Bogues Jr. was born in Camden County, North Carolina in 1924. He was the son of George Bogues and Prudence Etheridge. He passed away in North Carolina in 1945 age 21 and was buried in the Bogues Cemetery, Belcross, Camden County, North Carolina.^[1] His cousins Earnest Bogues and Walter Bogues died the same day.
