Velma was born at Fulton Co., Ohio, USA, about 1904.
Velma was 1st married to Frank Otha Stine, (b.1902), at Williams, Ohio, November 14,1922[1].
They had children Wilma Stine (Adams) (1923-2013), and William George Stine (1924-2016).
They were divorced by 1925.
Velma was 2nd married, in 1925, to Gerald Gordon Finch.
They had children Geraldine Finch (Martin) (1928-2000), Gerald D. Finch (1932-2015), Larry A. Finch (1935-2007), Burton Louis Finch (1938-2012), and Cleora Kay Finch (Schad) (1940-2006).
Velma passed away in 1989 in Ohio followed with burial at the Grelton Cemetery in Grelton, Henry County, Ohio.

Velma Booream married my grandfather Franklin Otha Stine. They had one girl Wilma and one boy William, my father. After their divorce, my grandmother married Gerald Finch. Their children were ny aunts and uncles.
