Biography
Gombeeree was a Darug Elder [1], who is estimated to have been born circa 1740. [2]
Little is known about him beyond a chance meeting with Governor Phillip during a mission to learn more about Deerubbin (Hawkesbury River). He is known to be the father of Yarramundi. [1]
He died sometime after 1814 [3]
