Biography
Kenneth was borh[1] in 1892. He married[2] Marion in 1930. He died[3] in 1978. His obituary noted:
Greenwood Village - Kenneth Russell Bowlby, 85, of Greenwood Village, died Tuesday in Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Tremont, he was a son of the late Spurgeon and Marietta (Banks) Bowlby. He was a retired retail merchant of Greenwood Village and a member of Markland Masonic Lodge No. 99. Surviving are his wife, the former Marion Marshall; a daughter Phyllis (Mrs. Peter Alevras), New Jersey; a son Russell, Kingston Village; a brother Arthur, Missouri; seven grandchildren. He was predeceased by a sister Nettie and a brother Howard. The body is at Warren T. Roop Funeral Home, Middleton. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. Donations may be made to Kingston Hospital auxiliary in care of Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital[4].
