Nathaniel Brewer was born on July 16, 1667 in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts Bay, son of Nathaniel Brewer (1635–1694) and Elizabeth Rand (~1640–~1702).^{[1] [2] [3]}

Nathaniel (24) married Margaret Weld (22) (born on November 29, 1669 in Roxbury, Massachusetts; daughter of Thomas Weld and Dorothy (Whiting) Weld) on March 17, 1692 in Roxbury.^[4] Their children were:

• Nathaniel Brewer (1694–1747)
• Dorothy Brewer (1697–>1749)

Nathaniel died on April 22, 1733 in Roxbury, Province of Massachusetts Bay, aged 65.
