Biography
Thomas was born in 1866 in Hammersmith [1][2][3][4][5]
Thomas Augustus Bridges, aged 21, a bachelor of 38 Waterloo Street, labourer, s/o James Bridges, labourer, married Agnes Sayward, spinster aged 18 of 24 Waterloo Street, d/o Richard Saward, bricklayer, in 1888 at St Peter's, Hammersmith. Thomas made his mark, Agnes signed her name. The witnesses were Richard Saward (X) and E Stanley (S).[6]
Agnes [Saward] Bridges died in 1927 in Hammersmith [7], Thomas then married Ellen [Margrie] Cattle in 1935 in Hammersmith [8]
In 1939 he was living at 3 Distillery Lane, Fulham and working as a waterside labourer [9]
He died in Fulham in 1945 [10]
