DEATHS

BRITTENDEN.-On June 21, Frederick, beloved husband of the late Louisa P. Brittenden, loving father of Lula (deceased), Myra (Mrs. Cole), Fred (deceased, 1st A.I.F.), Emma (Mrs. Field), Hilda (Mrs. Boyce, deceased), Phyllis (Mrs. McConville), Celia (Mrs. Lupton), and William, in his 84th year, formerly of Deal, Kent, England. —At rest. ^[5]

Burial. Following a funeral service on 22nd June 1942, his remains were interred in his wife's grave at the Coburg Cemetery (Church Of England A, Grave 961). First in the grave was their grandson Stephen Brittenden, Myra's son, who had predeceased them in 1914, aged five. ^{[6] [7]}
