Jacob and Jane Freeman are in possession of a slave named Hannah. At Jacob's direction in 1810, she is delivered to his niece Susannah Trussell.
William Trussell is on the 1790 census in Chester County, South Carolina. He is a near neighbor to William Britton. He also has a wife named Susannah. In his 1803 will he devises all his estate to her, including his two slaves, Samuel and Hannah. The fact that Jacob and Jane have a child named Britton, and the conveyance of Hannah, suggests that Jane is a sister to Susannah Trussell, which of course still makes her aunt to Susannah Trussell.
Also, from the early passport, we know that Jane was not a Georgia native. Screven County is just across the Savannah River from South Carolina.
According to Jacob Freeman's will of 1815, Jane was pregnant at the time of his death. This child is not as yet known.
