Charlotte was born about 1794. Her parents were Jesse Brock and Rebecca Howard. She married Terry (Tary) Melton in 1819.
Charlotte passed away in 1821. She is buried at Pioneer Cemetery, Wooton, Leslie County, Kentucky.[1]
