Thomas, son of John Brodie & Hannah Brown, was born on 10 March 1846 and baptised on 19 April 1846 in Presbyterian, Otterburn, Northumberland, England.^[1] In the 1851 census Thomas (age 5) was the son of John Brodie in Rochester, Northumberland, England.^[2] In the 1861 census Thomas (age 15) was the son of John Brodie in Otterburn, Northumberland, England.^[3] In the 1871 census Thomas (age 25) was the servant of Ephraim Hall in Woodside, Northumberland, England.^[4] In the 1881 census Thomas (age 35), Farmers Son, was the son of John Brodie in Hill, Otterburn, Northumberland, England.^[5]In the 1891 census Thomas (age 45) was the son of Hannah Brodie in Bellingham, Otterburn, Northumberland, England.^[6]In the 1901 census Thomas (age 55) was the head of household at Broom House, Wallington Demesne, Northumberland, England.^[7] In the 1911 census Thomas (age 65), Farmer, was the single head of household in Broomhouse Cambo, Morpeth, Cambo, Wallington Demesne and Deanham, Northumberland, England.^[8] Thomas died on 28 June 1921 in Northumberland, England and their estate passed probate on 4 January 1927 in London, England.^[9]
