Mary was born, lived, and died on her parents' farm. The farm was given to her by her parents. The farm was across the road from the now demolished Ohio Grove Christian Church. The land was deeded to the Church by John H. Brown and Mary (McPherren) Brown.
Mary married Josiah McCaw.
