Although Perry Streeter says Daniel Brondage's birth was between 1660-1664. According to Perry Streeter,[1] Daniel Brondage b. c. 1660-1664, possibly in Rye , Westchester, NY then FairField County, CT, d. aft. 1730, and m. Mary (Galpin?). Perry Streeter lists the following children: John, b. 1695; Moses; Samuel; David; Benjamin, b. 1700; Daniel; Daughter; Thamer/Tamar; and Mary. Also, there were a number of mentions of Daniel in land/mill purchase records in Rye and White Plains between 1700-1730. Perry Streeter mentions a "Bondage Patent" in White Plains, which was 195 acres. The same land seems to be mentioned in reference to the Charter of White Plains in "The History of Westchester County" by Robert Bolton. [2]
According to Perry Streeter, [3] There were 3 Davids, who were the grandsons of Stout Old John of Rye, b. 1635/6, as follows: 1) David, the son of John Brundage and Johannah Bush/Brock, 2) David, the son of Daniel Brondage and Mary Galpin, and 3) David, the son of Joseph Brundige and Mary Lane/Lain. A fourth David was found in another source, that is, 4) David, son of Hannah Brundage and David Huested. Hannah Brundage, the youngest of eight children, was born in 1685 to John and Hannah (Hunt) Brundage. She married David Husted.[4]
Most of the children were born in Rye or White Plains, which can be observed from the data that has been entered by WikTreers.
According to Thomas William Brundage,[5] Daniel was born 1675 in Rye, NY, d. post 1730. Res. White Plains 1697-1730. Daniel m. Mary Galpin. Daniel and Mary had the following children: John, David, Moses, Daughter, Benjamin, Samuel, Tamer, Mary, and Daniel.
Note that Thomas William Brundage does not identify a Joshua as a child of Daniel Brundage and Mary Galpin. Their children would have been born about 1700. There is a Joshua, b. 1705, who married 1m. Hannah Coe and 2m. Joshua Brundage and Hannah Coe had a Joshua, b. 8/10/1736. The ancestry of Joshua, b. 1705 was as follows: Joshua, Stout Old John, John. Please don't like these 2 Joshuas to Daniel Brundage and Mary Galpin.
Some records indicates that Daniel Brundage, b. 1672 was married to Mary Lane, b. 1676. Also, Mary Lane was shown in some records married to Benjamin Brundage, b. 1737. Thomas William Brundage says that a Mary lane was married to Francis Purdy, b. 1651, and a Mary Lane was married to Joseph Brundage, b. 1667. See page 2-2 of the above referenced book.
Note that Pedigree file 3MKH-8N8 says that Daniel was born in 1675 and died in 1730.[6]
Research Note: Daniel Brondage of White Plains is noted in various land dealing at White Plains between 1700-1730 listed in "The New York Genealogical and Biographical Record, Volume 49" . Link and more detail at Samuel Hunt's profile who was also involved in these dealings. Samuel Hunt may be related to Daniel's mother who is thought to be Hannah Hunt, though conclusive proof is missing about her exact parents and whether her given name really is Hannah.

I, George Brundage, received the following email from David Holbrook on December 26,2017:
I did some research on Benjamin Brundage. One of the pages I looked at referred to Mr Perry Streeter as a well known 'Brundage researcher'. Then I found the following comment from Streeter at this link: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/soc.genealogy.surnames/lJ_svazMnAY
