The Last Will and Testament of Timothy Buell, written when he was ill, was signed on 12 Dec 1786 in the Surrogate Court for Eastern District of Province of Upper Canada.
The entry directly following his will seems to indicate that he either died in Jan 1787 or 1789. [2]
