Frances Victoria Burrell was born in 1859 in Coffeeville, Yalobusha County, Mississippi to Calvin Burrell and Rhoda Woodall. ^[1] "Francis V." married "Archie" Woodall in Yalobusha County, Mississippi on January 20, 1876.^[2] In 1900 and 1910 they are recorded on the federal census in Yalobusha County, Mississippi. ^[3][4]
