Disputed Origins- no proof that she was the wife of William Gray
Research Note
I recently adopted this profile. I can find no firm evidence that a Mary was the wife of this William Gray nor the mother of John and Henry.
Mary was born about 1592. A Mary Gray passed away in Harrow on the Hill, England, October 5, 1622, "with her childe" but it is uncertain whether this is the wife of this William Gray.[1]
Mary was born in 1592. Mary Button ... She passed away in 1622. [2]

I think we should disconnect her from William Gray as a spouse. From the info in TAG, the marriage between Mary Button and William Gray took place in 1587; I suspect it was his father and mother, but have no sources to back that up.
