Biography

Phebe Capron (married name Spring) was born on 26 March 1786 in Pomfret, Windham County, Connecticut, United States, the daughter of Asenath Cargill and John Capron.[1][2][3][4]

She married Elkanah Spring on 6 June 1805 in Uxbridge, Massachusetts.[4][5] Their children were:[4]

Phebe and her family settled in Brimfield, Massachusetts.[4]

Phebe died on 1 April 1857.[3] Her remains were interred at Brimfield Cemetery.[3]
