Jean Baptiste Joseph was born on 19 November 1741, and was baptized the same day in Saint-Antoine. He was the son of Joseph Vital Caron and Charlotte Joliet.[1] He married Marie Anne Lafrenier on 22 January 1771 in Saint-Antoine.[2]
