Biography
Elfleda Carroll was born on July 19, 1857 in Charleston Arkansas. She was the daughter of Col DeRosey Carroll and Ann Jones. Elfleda married Capt. David A. Arbuckle on Sept 26, 1876 in Franklin County Arkansas. She passed away on Mar 14, 1926 and was laid to rest in Forest Park Cemetery in Fort Smith Arkansas.[1]
