Biography

Early Life

Lucille ("Lucy") Ann Carter was born on October 14, 1857[1] in West Virginia.[2],[3],[4],[5] to Henry Carter and Nancy W. (Harmon) Carter.[1]

Lucy grew up as neighbors with John Henry Pack,[6],[7] whom she later married sometime after 1880.[6],[2],[3]

Marriage and Children

John and Lucy Carter were married and the couple had several children, including:[2],[8],[4]

  1. Earle (or Earl) A. Pack[3]
  2. Frank Morton Pack
  3. Nellie May (Pack) Womack
  4. Eunice Olivia (Pack) Stewart
  5. Oakley Consuella Pack
  6. Marley Moore Pack and
  7. John Ralph Pack (b. 1900, d. 1900)

In 1884, the couple was residing in Kansas and in 1900 the family was residing in Oregon.

However, by 1910 the family was residing in Canyon County, Idaho.[8]

Later Life and Death

Lucy passed away on February 12,1920 and is buried in Roswell Cemetery, in Roswell, Canyon County, Idaho, USA,[1],[5] where John is also buried.[9]
