Pauline C. Carter was born 20 November 1920 in Stigler, Haskell County, Oklahoma. [1] She was a daughter of Jordan E. Cravens Carter and Margarette A. Gately. She married Mr. Rossi. She passed away 28 February 1946 in San Joaquin County, California. She was interred in Acacia Memorial Park, Modesto, Stanislaus County, California. [1]
