There is very few records on Mary Polly Chamberlain.

It is a possibility that she is the daughter of William A Chamberlain (possible son of Orlin and Calista Shreve Chamberlain). It is likely Mary is the daughter of Mary Ann Rister Chamberlain (daughter of George and Mary Shannon Rister).

Research involving a professional genealogist was unable to find proof of the father of Mary Polly Chamberlain in 2009.

www.familysearch.org - William Chamberlain was on the 1850 US Cesus Mortality Schedule as 60 year old b in 1790. Death was in May 1850 in SC. There is a William who purchased land in Dallas County, Arkansas. Mary Rister Chamberlain is found as widow in 1850 Dallas Co, Arkansas census records with children.
