Biography
Richard Chappell died young.
Richard was born in Hertford, Perquimans, North Carolina on 7 Mar 1901. He was the first born child, son of George Chappell and Rosa Thach. [1]
The baby only lived for two months, and passed away on 25 May 1901. He was laid to rest at Chappell Family Cemetery in Perquimans County, North Carolina. [2]
