Beulah Clardy was born on January 19, 1896 in Boone County, Missouri to Robert Clardy and Ollie Blythe.[1]
On January 21, 1914, Beulah married Arthur Zumwalt in Cole County, Missouri.[2]
Beulah died on November 22, 1918 in Jefferson City, Missouri due to complications from influenza.[1]. She also suffered a miscarriage the day before she died.
She is buried in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Hartsburg, Missouri.[3]
