Biography
Arthur was born in 1915 to Edmond Cleveland and Lizzie Crabtree. He married Parthena Quick in 1934. [1]
Anna Stinnett Henschel (niece) lived with Arthur for a time after her H.S. graduation. She said that he retired from a career with the railroads. [2]
