Biography
’Leu Allen was born about 1824. He is the son of William Cleveland and Isabella Morris. He was the 4th child. He was the 2nd baby born and died that they named Leu Allen. A 4th child Lewallen Gilliam Cleveland was born June 14 1826 who lived to 1884.
He died as an infant.
