Biography

Reverend Eli Cleveland was born in 1781 in Wilkes County , North Carolina. He passed away in 1859 in Monroe County, Tennessee. He was the son of Capt. Robert Cleveland of Rowan County and nephew of Benjamin Cleveland also of Wilkes co. He married Mary "Polly" Ragon
