Collins-18376 and Collins-14530 appear to represent the same person because: Same birthdate. Same parents. Was about to add husband #1 (Henry Piper) rot Collins-14530 when I found Collins-18376 already married to Henry but with no parents.

Annie (Amey) Collins was born 1858, died 1921. Married twice (Henry Piper in 1881, William Evans around 1882), BDM references available.
