Biography
Tandy was born in 1773. He was the son of James Collins and Mary Kirtley. He passed away in 1855.

Tandy was an attorney who lived near or around Madison County Courthouse. He had a nephew named James Collins. [2]

From the attached will, it's obvious Tandy didn't have any children of his own. He left his property to Beazley children.
