Annie married John Wesley Johns on 15 November 1902 in Constantine, Cornwall[2]:

CONSTANTINE.
Much interest was evinced in a wedding which took place in Constantine Parish Church on Saturday, Nov. 15th. The contracting parties were Mr John Wesley Johns, eldest son of Mr Richards Johns, of Lower Durian, Stithians, and Miss Annie Grace Collins, youngest daughter of Mr H. Collins, of Cleaven Farm, Constantine. The Rev. W. Lewis (vicar) officiated, and the bride was given away by her brother-in-law, Mr. E. T. Burton. The bride looked charming in a dress of dove crepe delaine, trimmed with white silk. She also wore real orange blossoms, supplied from Glendurgan. The bridesmaids, Misses Annie and May Johns, were attired in silver grey, trimmed with white satin, and carried bouquets of white flowers. Mr R. J. Johns, brother of the bridegroom, acted as best man. The happy couple were the recipients of many presents and good wishes.[3]
They had one child: Richard Henry Johns (b. 7 Mar 1910, d. 1988)
Sadly Annie passed away soon after the birth of her son on 18 March 1910[4]. Her death was reported on page 8 of the Lake's Falmouth Packet and Cornwall Advertiser dated 25 March 1910:
YOUNG WIFE'S DEATH.—A gloom was cast over the neighbourhood on Saturday when it became known that Mrs. Annie Grace Johns, of Treseverne, Stithians, wife of Mr. John Johns, had passed away under sad circumstances on the previous evening. Deceased, who was a daughter of Mr. Henry Collins, Clevan Farm, was well known in this neighbourhood, as is her husband, and the circumstances are all the more distressing by reason of the fact that a brother of Mr. Johns lost his wife about three weeks since under similar circumstances. Great sympathy is expressed with the bereaved family in their very said bereavement. The funeral took place at Stithians and was largely attended.[5]
Annie was buried on 27 March 1910 at St. Stythians Churchyard, Stithians, Cornwall Unitary Authority, Cornwall, England[6]. An account of her funeral was published on page 8 of the Cornish Echo and Falmouth & Penryn Times dated 1 April 1910:
STITHIANS.
DEATH OF MRS. JOHNS.
Another death, under painful circumstances, took place at Tremenhere, Stithians, when Mrs. A G. Johns, wife of Mr. J. W. Johns, died after confinement. Great sympathy is felt for Mr. Johns in his bereavement, and for deceased's aged parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Collins, late of Cleaven Farm, Mabe.
The funeral was largely attended at Stithians Parish Church on Tuesday. The Rev. W. R. Daine (vicar) very impressively read the service. As the coffin entered the church it was taken to the chancel, the organist (Miss E. Hellings) played "O, rets in the Lord." and as they left for the graveyard she played the Funeral March. the coffin was of pitchpine, with brass mountings, the plate being inscribed: Annie Grace Johns, died March 18th, 1910, aged 36 years. There were several beautiful wreathes.
The chief mourners were Mr. J. W. Johns (husband), Mr. and Mrs. H. Collins (father and mother), Mr. and Mrs. R. Johns (father and mother-in-law), Mr. W. Johns, Mrs. T. Mewton (sister), Mr. R. Johns, Miss A. Johns, Mr. J. H. Mewton, Miss M. Johns, Mr. R. G. Mewton, Misses L. M. Mewton and H. M. Mewton, Masters W. M. and T. H. Mewton, and others.[7]
