Biography
Dicey was born about 1815 in Wilkes County, NC to William Combes (abt.1786-1876) & Elizabeth Marlow (abt.1797-1850). She married Wesley Anderson on 29 January 1833 in Wilkes County. They were the parents of 9 children.
Dicey passed away sometime between 1870 &, at the latest, 1879. She was in the 1870 Census but not in the 1880 Census. And Wesley was married to his second wife, Amanda Alley, by the 1880 Census.
