Another William Edwards (9.) and maybe another Mary Conway? (1) came to South Australia about the same time and there is some confusion, One reference below mixes the two up with some facts from one William and Mary and some facts from the other. There was a number of William Edwards in SA and NSW.

Found a marriage record for parents that looks promising but may need further research. Transcription: "James Henry Conway Painter in the Town and Parish of Scone & Ann Saunders in Saint Pauls Church Parish of Perth Daughter to the Deceased Philip Saunders late Serjeant in the Thirty fifth Regiment of foot - Elder William Rutherford - The persons before named were regularly proclaimed & married the Twenty eight day of February said year by the Reverend Mr Daniel Mac Rennie Minister of the West Church Parish Perth Perth the Twenty seventh day of January One thousand eight hundred and ten years - contracted."^[1] Rennie-1211 10:40, 1 January 2024 (UTC)
