Jane Cook, b: 19 Oct 1726; d. 6 Nov 1726[13] (This child is not mentioned in Fiske's genealogy, nor is Paul referred to as a twin.)[3]
Joseph died intestate on 29 Oct 1726 in Portsmouth, Newport County, Rhode Island[14][1], and his widow Hannah given administration of his estate. and was buried there.[15][3] His gravestone was carved by John Stevens, II with inscription: "Here lieth the Body of Joseph Cook Jun. died Octo ye 29 1726 in ye 32nd Year of his age."
