Research Notes

• The 1860 Census shows his birthplace as Ohio,^[1] but the 1870 Census shows Indiana.^[2]

• According to his Find-a-Grave memorial, his burial location was given on both his death certification and obituary as Wren Cemetery, but his burial notification said Hunt Cemetery. According to the creator of the memorial, he has not been found in either.^[3]
