Elizabeth was born in 1881. She was the daughter of William Cox and Martha Parker. [1]
She married by about 1903 to Rufus Jackson Hughes and they had children: [2] [3]

Elizabeth passed away in 1947 [4] and was buried at Pilgrims Rest Baptist Church Cemetery #1 in Houston County, Alabama. [5]
