Biography

His father's IPM made 3 November 1413 says he was 18 years of age on the most recent 15 September.

He served as MP in Kent in 1455 and 1466 and was a noted soldier during the reign of Henry V, and during the War of the Roses.

Curry explains his marriage as follows:

In 1437 Kyriell had licence to marry Cecily (d. 1472), daughter and coheir of John Stourton of Preston Plucknett, Somerset (d. 1438), cousin of John, Lord Stourton, and widow of John Hill of Spaxton, Somerset (d. 1434). Through her dowry from John Hill, Kyriell came into possession of lands in Devon and Somerset.

Beheaded after the Battle of St Albans. His death is very well-known. As explained by Ann Curry:

At the second battle of St Albans (17 February 1461) he and Lord Bonville were entrusted with the guarding of the king. The battle lost, they were promised their safety by Henry VI, but were summarily executed two days later at the instigation of the queen, who had the young prince of Wales give the orders.

He was succeeded by his daughter, Alice, who married Sir John Fogge (d. 1490).

Kyriell-1 and Criol-26 appear to represent the same person because: just adopted Criol-26 and spotted this merge. I don't have any strong views at this time on which LNAB to choose

I suggest we use the spelling used by ODNB and IPM transcriptions.
