Biography

Jessie was born in 1878. She was the daugter of Jacob Dew and Anna Hardin. ^[1]

In 1880 she was 4 and living with parents and siblings in Nebraska. Also, a cousin named Ellen Micklam was living with them. ^[2]

In 1885 she was living with parents and three siblings in Nebraska. ^[3]

Her mother died in 1896.

In 1900 she was living with her father and 2 siblings. ^[4]

She never married. ^[1]

In 1910 she was 33 and living in Nebraska in her married sister's (Lelia) home. ^[5]

In 1930 she was living with her Aunt Martha J Gore in Nebraska. ^[6]

In 1940 she was 63 and living alone in Nebraska. ^[7]

She passed away in 1955 four days after being struck by a car while crossing a street near court house in Tecumseh. ^[1]

Buried in Tecumseh Cemetery, Tecumseh, Nebraska. ^[8]
