Benjamin Dorsey was born about 1763 in Baltimore, Maryland to parents Edward Dorsey and Deborah Maccubbin. He married firstly Amelia Sellman on 30 Nov 1784 in Baltimore, Maryland. Children: Amelia, Jonathan Sellman, Ruth. After Amelia died in 1790 he married secondly Catherine Perrin on 5 Apr 1803 in Hagerstown, Washington, Maryland. Children: Benjamin. He died on 7 Sep 1829 in Baltimore, Maryland.
