Biography

Sarah Jeannette was born on the "Ides of March", 15 March 1897 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny, Pennsylvania^[1].

She married William on 4 January 1921 in Homestead Pennsylvania. Her son William was born in 1923, daughter Dorothy in 1925 and Robert in 1938.

In 1982 she traveled to spend time with her son Bill and his family in New Jersey then to her son Robert and his family in Virginia. Shortly after arriving at Bob's she became ill and passed away in Leesburg, Loudoun, Virginia on 6 September 1982. ^[2] She was buried next to her husband, Bill, in Jefferson Memorial Park, Pleasant Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania^[3]

1920 Knoxville, ED 167, Allegheny, Pennsylvania; the family included; Maude, William(carpenter in the steel industry), Jeannette (working as a stenographer in a warehouse), Jessie B (telephone operator in the steel industry), Andrew, Elizabeth, Rebecca and Charles.^[6]
