Joseph Downer was born 09 Feb 1731/32 Franklin CT. [1][2] He died 21 July 1821 Thetford, Orange Co., VT and was buried East Thetford Cemetery, East Thetford, Orange, Vermont [3]
Joseph married Asenath Cushman 07 Apr 1755.[4]
