1869 Death and Will
Effie bef. 11 May 1869 Upson Co, GA. [8] Her will says she was of Talbot Co., GA, and the will was proved in Talbot Co., GA, on 11 May 1869. She included this statement in her will: “As all my property is in the county of Upson I wish this my will proven in said county and put to record and executed there.”[7] Death also listed as Aug 1860 in Kelsey, Monroe Co, GA.
