John Driskell is the son of Elgate Driskell and Naomiah Boone. He married Katherine "Katie" Morris, the daughter of William Morris on 7 August 1801 in Worcester, Maryland.[1]
John and Katherine arrived in Highland County, Ohio in 1808 where they bought and cleared 200 acres in Fairfield Township. They had 8 children:[2]
