Biography

On July 21, 1870 Henry George Duggan, son of James Duggan and Eliza “Betsy” Jones, was born in Barclay, Bradford, Pennsylvania, United States.[1] His mother died in childbirth in 1873, when Henry was 3. He likely was brought up by his older sisters.

On the 1880 United States Federal Census for Barclay, Bradford County, Henry G. Duggan, age 9, was listed with his widowed father James Duggan, and his sisters Mary Ann, Elizabeth, and Sarah J. Duggan. Mary Ann is shown as the housekeeper, while the other 3 sisters are listed as attending school. James' occupation was shown as Mining Coal.[2]

On July 22, 1890 Henry married Cora B. Sickler in Waverly, Tioga Co., NY. [3]

Henry was mentioned in the obituary of his father,James Duggan in 1905.

On May 4, 1918 Henry George Duggan died at age 47 in Cumberland, Northhampton, Pennsylvania, United States.

He was buried 8 MAY 1918 in Athens, Bradford, Pennsylvania, United States.[4][5]
