Elizabeth Elliott, born about 1732 in Perquimans Precinct, Albemarle County, North Carolina, was the daughter of Thomas Elliott. She married William Munden on 5 Oct 1750 in Perquimans Precinct, Albemarle County, North Carolina.[1] This marriage date is the date of the Perquimans Monthly Meeting of the Society of Friends (Quakers) at which Elizabeth was "reported married to" William.

Elizabeth and William had the following children between 1751 and 1761, as reported in the Pasquotank Monthly Meeting record book of the Society of Friends[2]  :

Ruth Munden born 10 Jul 1751; married Haskett
Caroline Munden born 26 Apr 1755; married Overman
William Munden born 20 Feb 1758
Mary Munden born 20 Oct 1759; married White
Jesse Munden born 18 Feb 1761

In William's will dated 1793[3], he refers to his wife as Hannah (this could be Elizabeth or a second wife). In addition to Ruth, Caroline, William and Mary listed above, William names the following children:

Dorcas Munden born 1762; married Modlin
Simon Munden born 1763
Robert Munden born 1766
Miriam Munden born 1768; married Stott
Susannah Munden born 1769; married Perry
Nathan Munden born 1770
Rachel Munden born 1774 (unmarried 1793)

No death date has been found for Elizabeth.

Elliott-4918 and Elliott-2347 appear to represent the same person because: Elizabeth/Elisabeth alternate spelling seems to be their only difference...

Have proposed the merge of the two profiles for Thomas Elliott (Elliott-6719 and Elliott-4919. If this can be completed, then we should be able to merge the two profiles for Elizabeth /Elisabeth Elliott (Elliott-4918 and Elliott-2347) who married William Munden.
