Biography
Robert was born about 1716. He died at the age of about 40 in 1759-60 in near Lake George, New York. He joined the British Army in 1776 later emigrating with other Loyalists to Nova Scotia after the war.

This Robert (Embree-934) was born in 1716 and would almost certainly have been too old to be the Robert Embree, Loyalist, as described. I could be wrong, but any source would be helpful.
