James (21) married Mercy Mary Bean (19) (born on October 7, 1730 in York; daughter of Jonathan Bane and Sarah (Nowell) Bane) on August 24, 1750 in Biddeford, Massachusetts Bay Colony. Their children were:

James died in 1821 in Hollis, York, Maine, United States, aged 92.
