Mike Evans is Notable.

American actor, best known as Lionel Jefferson on the TV series All in the Family and then on the spin-off The Jeffersons. He was also a creator/writer of the series Good Times.^[1]

Michael was born November 3, 1949 in Salisbury, Rowan, North Carolina, USA. He was the son of Theodore Evans and Annie Sue Murdock.^[2]

He died at the age of 57 on December 14, 2006 in Twentynine Palms, San Bernardino, California. ^[3]
