Thomas worked as a physician and passed away in 1912 and is buried at Crawford Cemetery in Blue Ridge, Georgia. [5]
Research Notes
According to an unsourced Find A Grave memorial, he is said to have married first to the Martha Raper who died 17 Aug 1901 in Oklahoma; [6] but this is difficult to accept given that she would have been 10 years older than Thomas, and that they would have had to have separated or divorced prior to 1882, when Thomas married Mildred.
