Wilma was born 4 Oct 1925 in Conesville, New York to William Hiram Fancher and Grace Beatrice Roe. ^[1]

In 1930, when Wilma was 4 and half years old, she was living with her parents and her younger brother Robert on their dairy farm in Conesville, NY. ^[2] Wilma grew up and lived on that dairy farm in Conesville with her parents ^{[3] [4]} until she married Richard Harty on 25 Jun 1950 in Jewett, New York. ^[5] Wilma and Richard had 2 daughters. ^[6]

Wilma passed away 25 Jan 2015 in Albany, New York. She was buried in Mapelwood Cemetery in Hunter, Greene County, New York. ^[7]
